Tuesday night (7dpo) I ended up in the emergency room thinking I had appendicitis, which actually ended up being an ovarian cyst... They think it ruptured as there was some free fluid/blood in my pelvic cavity. Anyways, since I was only 7 dpo, obviously the urine test came back negative, and the ultrasound didn't show anything other than the cyst/fluid. Any chance I could still be pregnant?
