My boyfriend has started working installing air conditioners, on the first day an air conditioner fell on his wrists and may have broke both. Even though he was injured he went to work the next day. And then today when he asked about payment (my birthday is coming up and he wants to get me something) and his owner said he is not getting paid because he isn't working as hard, even though he has been working hard and actually gets things done. I told him he could do alot of things like sue the company and file for the US department of labor. But all he wants is to get paid.
