I have a question plz help

I have had 2 ultrasound I'm 13 weeks today and I have an appointment today both my ultrasound I got to see the baby and see the heartbeat but there there ultrasound where not able to let me hear the heartbeat so my questions is can the hear the baby's heartbeat in the office with there thing I can't remember for the life of me what it's called
