To have the birthing experience I want for my 3rd child I have to drive a little over 90 minutes for my appointments and to get to the hospital. It's the only place around that offers water births unassisted (I want to catch my baby) I also don't want baby cleaned up or given medicine for an hour and I don't want the cord clipped or clamped until my placenta has stopped pulsating after its out. Please don't judge me this is my dream birth and more than likely this will be my last child. Does anyone else have to drive far to get the care you want?
