So I just landed my dream job. This year I suffered two miscarriages and surprisingly enough on the day I accepted  my new position I found out I am expecting it is very very early and I go for a second round of blood work next week to see if levels are going up. My job does not start till the 29----- how long would you wait to tell my new emploer?  Any other thoughts welcome.
