Braxton Hicks?

So this is my first pregnancy. I have no idea what contractions or Braxton hicks feel like. I'm 31w3d, and I'm just curious is this could be Braxton hicks or something else?

Pain in my right ovary area. Kind of like a cramp but not menstrual ones. It all of a sudden hit me and almost brought me to my knees, lasted for about 20 seconds and went away.

Could be round ligament pain I get it on my right side and have to lie down with my feet up until it passes. Mention it to yor doctor they could confirm it or check to be sure it's not something else. Usually Braxton hicks are tightening of your uterus so you will feel tightening in your tummy.

Could be.. U can drink ice cold water or eat ice they should go away and if it doesn't go to the doctor

Braxton hicks are not supposed to be painful and they should stop with rest and/or water.

Braxton hicks just feel like your stomach gets really hard and squeezes you but its for low or painful. That sounds like round ligament pain as once I stood up quickly and my right lower ovary area shot through me and I couldn't stand anymore

Sounds like round ligament pain. Mine feel like they're near my ovaries too and they're very sharp and sudden. They make me double over and take my breath away although they've never brought me to my knees.
