Drug free birth control after baby?
Hi ladies,
I'm expecting our first Bub in September, considering bc options post birth. I was on the pill for years before trying for a baby and would like to look at drug free options after this baby.
I am interested in <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">tracking ovulation</a> to identify fertile periods and use apps the opposite way to when we were ttc.
We will be trying for baby #2 in the year following birth of #1. But then I'd be a little nervous relying on it once we feel we have completed our family.
Any ladies willing to share their experiences using cycle tracking in place of conventional bc?
