I currently work from home for minimal pay. I'm comfortable in my current position, but I feel I deserve better. I have a small chance at moving into a different department in maybe 6 months (which might be a better position and come with a raise), as well as requesting a raise for my current position when I grow balls. If I have the opportunity to earn double or more should I take a job? My issue is more so leaving a stay at home position to not have to battle going back to work after maternity leave. I'm not currently pregnant, and I don't want to 'leave before I leave'. We are not struggling financially to where I truly need a higher salary.

Should I take advantage of working at home and be paid crap for what I do or try to be a career woman and do it all?
