Why be upset about dumb posts on Facebook? He can file for visitation and let the courts handle her nonsense, don't get caught up in drama, gettin upset gives her power over you, it lets her win

You got to keep fighting we had to we hadn't seen my step daughter in a year had court order visitation and everything paid child support took her back to court now we pick her up and drop her off at school but some people don't learn now that it's summer she hasn't showed up at the court ordered drop off point just because this is the third weekend she hasn't showed up we filed police reports and seriously she is that much of a B@%ch that she is denying him on Father's Day she has a G.F so I guess she feels she don't need my husband around but she has no problem taking his $ you can't have it both ways she was warned last time we went to court so Monday morning we will be at our lawyers office filing contempt charges and he will personally call her and leg her know if she keeps this up we will file for full custody you just got to keep trying and let these crazy idiots know they can't push you around

In TN child support and visitation are handled by different courts. If he has court ordered visitation then she can not keep her from him. That's contempt of court and she can go to jail over it. If they only have a verbal agreement she does not have to let him see her unfortunately. The best thing he can do is call the juvenile court and set up a mediation. If she won't come or doesn't agree to anything it can be sent before a judge.
