Spotting?

I'm 5 months pregnant and just went to the bathroom and I'm spotting?  I am freaking out a little.  No cramps but is this ok ? It's very lil but enough to scare me

I spotted a little in my first trimester. It's not unusual but I have read it should subside the further into you pregnancy you are. I also know there are women who spot their entire pregnancies. If you are worried, call your doctor or nurse. I am sure it is all ok. Good luck to you!
