When age becomes a factor

Me and my boyfriend are 5 yrs apart(me being older) and we been together for 3 yrs.....and we want a family together.he been in my life since my daughter wAs 8 months and he loves her like she is his.its just I'm always worried abt way his family is thinking and saying....

Age becomes less a factor as we get older.  A 19 yr old and a 25 year old are much farther apart (or really should be) then a 25 yr old and a 30 yr old.  Yes his family might say something but that is only because it is unusual.  Hold your head up and don't worry about them, if the tables we're turned and he was the one 5 yrs older no one would bat an eye.

I totally understand that!  I'm 15 yrs older than my fiance... I wonder the same thing all the time. We are 7+4 and they don't know yet.
