It has become normal for me to feel easily aggravated. It's got so bad at times that I avoid social media so I don't say things I shouldn't. Lol!

I've caught myself hysterically laughing then immediately crying -both for no reason whatsoever. Good thing this usually happens when I'm on my own... Although it displays me more like a pyscho lol

My moods and emotions swing...I have no idea where I'll be on a given day, nor whether I'll swing throughout the day. Lack of sleep makes it tons worse. When I get more sleep, my emotions are less wacky.
