Yes. But it only affects fertility in men. My fiance smoked the whole 3 years we were together but he stopped backed in March and I got pregnant the end of April. I noticed his sperm was more white and potent.  So Yes lol. It does affect fertility (in men)

It does with men. Makes their swimmers slow. Not so sure with women tho. 
I only know this cause my boyfriend smokes and my doctor was trying to see if I was sexually active haha

It does in men.. Not too sure of women. There hasn't been that much research on it, but it effects the male's sperm shape & count. Google it for more information.
