So sick and tired of being told to 'follow the rules'. I made a post on a group that was supposed to be funny, about how me and oh have 'tried' every day this month and we're both achy after and were calling each other old and every single response was along the lines of 'you shouldn't do it every day, you won't get pregnant doing it too much'. I want to have fun!!! I've mentioned jumping up after sex and rushing to the toilet as I really needed to go and got the 'you should lie still with you legs in the air for 30 minutes' speech. I mentioned that I use conceive plus lubricant. 'Oh that won't work.' That I don't chart my temperatures, check my mucus, or use ovulation tests anymore. 'Well you're not going to get pregnant that way. You HAVE to use those tests!' I've been pregnant 7 times. I successful pregnancy (who is now 4 years old) and 6 miscarriages. And I did it MY way with every single one! If people use ovulation tests, check their temp and mucus, only try every 2-3 days and lie still for 24 hours after sex then great, good for them but please...let me do it my way. Okay rant over lol, feel much better now :D
