Cramps

I have been having cramps in lower right abdomen.  They are nothing major, just a dull ache that is almost constant.  At first I thought it was ovulation pain, then I wondered if my period was coming early because of stress, but no spotting or anything.  It started yesterday afternoon and has become more constant, but never really painful, just uncomfortable/annoying.  Any ideas what is causing this?
