Has anybody had a period that lasted one day and came early only to find out you're pregnant?

Wondering if I should look further into this or if we should just wait to try next month....

I was not supposed to start my period until Aug 3. Had some slight pink spotting Monday--took a test Tuesday morning and was negative. That afternoon I started what I thought was my period. It looked like normal,first day light/medium bleeding. It's just odd because I've been very regular up until now. Wednesday had very minimal brown spotting, and today I had nothing. I took another test this am and it was BFN. I'm so confused.

It may have been implantation bleeding and not a period at all

If your period is significantly shorter then you should test

My period was due today but came on Thursday and only lasted 2 days, I don't know if it was actually even a period :-/ my periods usually last 8 days.
