Due feb 28th, is it okay to tell family??

I want to tell my family but had a chemical pregnancy last month! I'm pregnant again and it was confirmed only through pregnancy tests. Doctor won't see me till July 20th!

It quiet until my first appointment at the end of the month (at 7 weeks bc I'm high risk). But he saw I needed someone to talk to and needed to share since we've been trying for nearly two years. 
So we decided to tell our parents on fathers day and siblings and my two closest friends. We won't announce publicly until after the first trimester.

Dr won't see me until July 27th, it's driving me INSANE. I've chosen to not tell until that spot :/

You can tell as long as you would be ok telling them if you lost the baby it should be fine.. but I am personally waiting until first Sonogram to make sure everything is ok before I tell my family. Happy 9 months to you!

We (meaning my husband) told his family, but I'm waiting until my first ultrasound to tell my family. Once you tell family, they tell friends and other people who know you, then if you miscarry you have to answer questions about it and break the news. I only say that beciase i miscarried twins 4 months before we got pregnant with our now 6 year old son and I still have people ask where his twin is. It's not them being insensitive, they just weren't aware that we had a miscarriage because that part of the news didn't travel.
