AM I PREGNANT OR JUST PARANOID

my boyfriend and i are sexually active but we use condoms and pull out. ive been especially paranoid lately. last month i was worried abt pregnancy and took some tests- all negative. i have been getting slight cramps in between my cycle now and gained some belly fat. am i pregnant or just super worried and creating psychosomatic sympoms?
