I have seriously been having pregnancy dreams for the last month... the only dreams I remember are them ones. I have them very often. I know I'm not pregnant but in the dream it's always about me thinking I'm not pregnant and bfn's then I go to a doctor or my dream will switch and I'll be pregnant/giving birth/hold my baby. I know it's not real but I think it's starting to play with my emotions. PS I know I'm not because my husband and I have been away from each other for the last 3 ovulation cycles the 1st one ending with a bfn.
