Scared of dying during birth

I've always wanted a baby. But now that's I'm 5w2d pregnant I'm so scared something is going to happen when and if I give birth. All I see online now is "moms and babies almost dying or dying". My bfs ex and baby almost died because of seizures. Idk I guess I'm just freaking out.
