Need advice..
I have always been chunky. Never been able to bring myself under 169. Ever. My pre pregnancy weight was 192. I'm 21 weeks as of tomorrow, and I've tipped the 200s. Very depressed right now. I eat healthy, I walk a ton, I drink tons of water. What else am I to do? I have extra to lose, my doctor is t concerned. My self esteem went straight down the toilet. How else do I lose a few?
