3 weeks late, BFN, doc visit?

My AF is now 3 weeks late and I've taken tons of hpt, all bfn. I also happen to take an ovulation test 2 weeks ago and that was positive. So I'm thinking I skipped my period and ovulated as usual. Anyways, how long should I wait to take go to the doctor?
