IUD OPINION?

Question

Does the IUD stop your period?
Can you feel it?
Can you get pregnant with it?
Will it be hard to have kids after its removed?

I loved my paragaurd.
No it didn't stop my period sometimes it would be a little late but that's about it. 
No I personally couldn't feel it,  sometimes my partner could feel it hit the tip of his penis during sex. I also never felt my strings, although it was in place the whole time. 
No I did not get pregnant while on it. 
Had it removed last fall & wasn't actively trying to become pregnant but I got pregnant in January, so yes you can get pregnant after having it removed. 
As soon as I am able to I will be getting it again.

In some women, the hormonal IUD stops their period. The copper IUD will not stop your period. Both kinds are more than 99% effective at preventing pregnancy and do not affect your future fertility.

Oh also, I couldn't feel it while it was inside and from what I've heard women haven't had any fertility issues unless it imbeded into the uterine wall...which is also pretty uncommon.

It's pretty uncommon to get pregnant while using the iud. If it does happen it's because it has expelled, or not positioned correctly. It didn't get rid of my periods, but I had it less than a year. Mine expelled, but I had it placed after my postpartum check up so I'm thinking maybe my uterus was still shrinking down a bit.
