Anyone else run out and buy a house?

😁😁 we have been discussing buying a home for a while and since we found out we were pregnant we've become a lot more serious about it. Last night, we found one we love so we put in an offer! Life changes! So crazy, but super exciting!

We found out our offer on a home was accepted the same day we got out BFP! It's definitely been a whirlwind but I'm so excited to find out if we get to keep the already existing pink nursery or paint it for a boy 😍

Lol I bought a new vehicle today;) more room in the back for a stroller! And regular unleaded instead of premium! Gotta save the dollars now!

Yeah we've been looking too but not preapproved yet. I found a 4/2 house for 55000. 2007sgft gotta get approved soon rt!

We bought our house while I was pregnant last time-- I was 23 weeks pregnant when we moved on July 3, 2012. Literal Temps in Tennessee that day were 105 degrees. I want to barf remembering it 😂

We bought ours last year, but have been renovating it ourselves. We have serious reason to finish fast! --converting one of our living rooms into a master suite and ripping out all the carpet. It's hard work, but worth it!
Panorama of what we've done so far. --asbestos gone, new insulation and windows. Next up- plumbing and electrical. That's all hubby.
