Back pain😣 Icy hot okay?
Lately I've had a sharp lower left back pain every time I put pressure on that side. Everyone keeps saying it's the sciatic nerve but I'm not sure. I have a dr appt tomorrow. But, we have some icy hot patches and was wondering if that would be fine to use? My dr office is already closed for the day.Â
