Can I get pregnant while breastfeeding? I'm no protecting against pregnancy, but I did no get my period neither.

It can delay your periods, but you can still get pregnant. My mother was nursing me and got pregnant with my little sister! I didn't have regular periods for 6-8mths and I breastfed 1-2yrs with my babies. But I was careful, and not ttc.

It's possible, but may take a long time. I personally didn't get my period until my son was 14 months and I got pregnant a few months after that.
