I woke up to my SO in chest pain and not even 10 minutes later I started having contractions at 4am then I walked to our bathroom and I felt a drain...it was liquid with blood...I told him my water broke and he jumped up so ready to bolt to the hospital until I said he's coming but he's not completely ready to come out...so we woke up the two other kids (6&4yo) and told them it was time so they could get ready while I got ready myself...I had to shower, do my hair and makeup of course it's my 3rd baby so Although I was in pain I at least did not want to go in the hospital with frizzy hair again lol...so we get to the hospital at around 6:30 and they evaluate me and I am at a 5cm...the pain was getting worse and worse with every contraction...they transferred me to a delivery room after examining me and I asked for IV meds cuz I was not about to do a epidural (bad experience in the past) so the dr says yes you can have IV meds but I need to check you if you are pet 7cm I can not give you any pain meds so with my luck I was dialated 8cm next thing I knew I went to the bath room and came out and not even 10 minutes later I was ready to push...the baby was born at 9am 🙏🏽👶🏽 Nicholas GarzaII 9lb 3oz 21in
