I'd like to know from some mommys to be or mommys that are TTC if they can feel or tell the difference between AF symptoms or Pregnancy. 

I was pregnant last year with identical twins that unfortunately I lost when they were 13 weeks. Since then ice been TTC and suffer from PCOS. This month I believe I ovulated naturally without any meds (chlomid&femara) by a positive opk and CM. Only thing different is OPK was positive on CD 15, and Eggwhite Cm was on CD 17. Since CD 17 I've had extremely extremely sore breast, which I get before AF just never that early, I've been exhausted, with cramping. Which are my typical AF signs. I feel positive about this month but i don't know because my one and only pregnancy my big difference was dizziness. Today I'm 13 DPO and I don't want to test because I get so bummed out. But I really would appreciate some advice :(
