Not completely sure... opinions?

So this morning my boyfriend and i decided to mess around a bit. In process he felt something different and checked. He said i looked a tad swollen since its been awhile and there was somewhat of a clear ooze coming down. I shrugged it off as discharge and since yesterday i was checked by my doctor and she said i looked fine and I was only dilated by 1cm, i didn't think much of it. So throughout today I've been out and about with a couple of friends and walked around the mall. At the mall i felt tad wetter then usual, i checked and it was somewhat soaked, i cleaned up a bit and decided to head home. Then on my way home i felt went again , once i got to the house i felt a trickle of liquid going down my thigh. I went to the restroom and i was soaked once again, with clear liquid and some tan-ish colored discharge. So i decided to change my underwear and see what happens. I've been cramping most of today and my back feels very uncomfortable. I'm 38wks & 1 day, I'm a first time mother, this is my first pregnancy and both my mother and sister were induced, so they wouldn't really know . Just wondering if this could be a sign that my water broke or just regular discharge and I'm just over thinking ?

Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
