Should I be mad at my boyfriend?

Okay, so my boyfriend just moved in with me about 2 weeks ago... And we haven't gone on dates lately because of car bills, phone bills, rent, etc... Which is understandable because I pay bills as well... But recently he JUST spent $130 on a new vape, so I brushed it off because he lost one of his set ups so whatever... And then today on his day off he went out of town to visit his friends and spent money on steaks and alcohol... It sort of pisses me off because he can spend all of this money but he can't take me out once in awhile. All we do is work and if I'm not working, I literally just stay home with my dogs. And I've mentioned to him many times that we never go out because he has to "save up".... And then the other day his best friend was in town and they stopped by my work (I don't have a car so my boyfriend picks me up from work after he gets off work), but as I was closing the shop, they were being SO LOUD and obnoxious because I had to count the money to close the store... So I told them to wait outside but they said "no no, we'll be quiet" but they continued to be loud which frustrated me to the point where I almost had a nervous breakdown... But eventually they stayed quiet.. It just pissed me off because I feel like my boyfriend doesn't take me serious sometimes, but he takes other people more serious than me.

Anyways to break it down, I just sort of feel unappreciated. Like I get it that he lives with me and always sees me. But I feel like I'm his woman and I should feel appreciated once in a while. I don't just want a "hi and have a nice day at work" type of relationship.

What should I do?

And FYI, I don't always expect him to pay. When we used to go on dates, I would treat or pay for myself.

My ex did the same thing for 6 years. He never moved in though but kept telling me he would when he 'saved enough'. 
I even went a month without seeing him because I wanted to see what would happen if I didn't go to see him. (He would never come to see me I always had to drive 30+ min one way to him) 
From my experiences though I have learned if someone isn't putting in an equal share into the relationship it's not that important to them. Tell him your feelings but be prepared for him not to change.

Then maybe suggest doing something together instead of expecting him to take you somewhere?

He works for his money right? He can spend 130 dollars on a vape if he pleases. 
I recently just dropped 150 on a vape and my boyfriend can't and WON'T say crap about it because he knows I work hard for my money.  We've been living together for two years and we don't go out alot. It's what happens when you move in with each other...but when I do want to go out I suggest it to him..or he suggest it to me.

If your already having problems and he only recently just moved in then I would pick your battles and decide if it's even worth being with him.  To me it sounds like you are just annoyed with him to begin with.

Tell him. Make sure he gets the point. I used to feel unappreciated when my be was around his friends.

I know this isn't your point... But you should make sure you aren't going to get in trouble or fired when you are counting the till because in most places you are not allowed to have anyone in the store while you are doing it. 
And you should definitely be mad. But mostly you need to tell him, calmly that you don't care what he spends his money on but its shitty that he says you guys can't do anything because he doesn't have money to spend but then he spends it on vapes and going out with his friends. It's all about how you approach the conversation and make sure you let him know that you don't expect him to take you out constantly or anything it would just be nice occasionally so you aren't always sitting at home. Maybe even offer to pay for yourself, that may be what a lot of it is. There is nothing wrong with splitting the cost of the date.

Talk to him! Me and my boyfriend are the same way, but we literally have no money after bills, gas, and grocery shopping. So we never go anywhere. But he always makes sure I'm appreciated. Your boyfriend seems like he keeps being rude and unappreciative because you don't call him out on it.
