Lupus crohns and TTC anyone else out there?

Question

So as the title suggests in my 20s I was diagnosed with crohns and Lupus.  Been on my way to better but my husband and I really want to have a baby.  Has anyone else here been in my boat? Any advice on health stuff? Anyone have trouble or hasn't been able to conceive?  I feel like I'm on an island with so many questions.

My cousin's wife has lupus and a year ago she gave birth to a healthy girl. She was born a little bit early and there were some complications in the pregnancy I don't know the details though. It's hard to have lupus while ttc because you can't take your meds while pregnant but she wouldn't have it any other way. It is possible but make sure you take care of yourself .
