I feel nothing!

I haven't seen a doctor for more than a month. My next appointment is next week for an anatomy scan. Anyways, since week 14 to present, I haven't felt pregnant at all! I'm also a ftm and haven't felt the baby yet; well at least I don't think so lol. Is it normal to lose all pregnancy symptoms in the second trimester? I can't help to wonder if anything is wrong..
