I feel trapped and uncomfortable

I'm 16 weeks and no one other than my boyfriend knows I'm pregnant. I'm starting to show and it extremely irritating to not be able nice clothes. I have to wear everything oversized to cover up. I hate hiding but I'm too afraid to tell anyone else ..
