Can I take GasX
I have trapped gas. I don't have to have a bowel movement. I can feel the gas knots moving around in my stomach and that is what has my stomach so "full" looking. It looks like I am 5 months pregnant and I am only 11+3 wks. I need relief ASAP. Anyone have any suggestions? I am so fed up and I still have a long way to go 😔
