Coffee alternatives NEEDED!!!

I've exhausted (pun kinda intended) all my "natural" options and desperately need an alternative to coffee, especially to give me an energy boost. Teas are often too acidic as a replacement, especially in the morning. I eat really well, lots of fruits, veggies, protein... But I can't seem to avoid crashing mid day without my daily cup.
(Also, I know one cup a day is "fine" but I personally want to break the habit earlier rather than have my baby born craving caffeine like I do 😁)
Any help/advice/sharing what you use is greatly appreciated!!! (Typing this horizontally as I lay on a couch in my office)
