Sharp pains low in pelvis ?

35 weeks- and sometimes baby kicking against my hips hurts and is totally normal but today I started getting sharp pains down low and in the center of my pelvis- very sharp and quick pains. Could this be baby's head moving down further? Or totally normal movement?

I had the same sharp pains and asked my doctor, he said it's common & due to ligament stretching - the pain does NOT feel like stretching to me but I guess so! Haha

I've been having " lightning crotch" the last week. I'm 35 weeks.

It could be your hips spreading more getting ready for the baby or if you feel pressure down there it's the baby's head moving into position or you could be dilating 😁

I heard it is called lightening crotch, which my husband thinks is the funniest name. I had it for about 2 hours the other night. Dr told me to take a warm bath. Baby hits nerves down there and it sends shooting pains. Fun stuff.
