10DPO and positive test?

I took a test this morning because I'm so impatient. I wasn't expecting much though but then this faint line popped up in the time limit that the test allows. I'm shaking! Does everyone else see it too? I tweaked it just in case you can't but oh my god.. I might be pregnant? Last night I had cramps that made me think that AF was definitely coming so I'm scared it still will.
