Possible implementation spotting?

TTC, I had this light brownish pinkish spotting first thing this morning. I am 12 dpo and about 3-4 days before my next expected period and my cycle is pretty regular. Now when I wipe it's clear. I had cramping, backache, bloating and tender breasts all on and off mostly last week and a bit this week. My husband and I had intercourse around fertile days and day ovulation before and after. Could this be it this time?
