Vitex success stories?
Ok, so I just started taking Vitex this cycle. Ever since my early miscarriage in March, I have been having cycles that last 35-37 days, with late ovulation around CD24 or so.
I am hoping Vitex will help me ovulate sooner, thus shortening my cycles to close to 28-30 days, like they used to be. Had anyone used Vitex before? How did you like it?
