Measuring big??

Question

I went in for my appointment today. I am 32 weeks 4 days. When they measured they said I was measuring at 37. She's ordering a growth ultrasound to see if he's just really big or if there's extra fluid?? I'm so confused and a little concerned! Anyone ever had this?

I wouldn't worry! It usually just means you have a bigger baby in there! I'm 37 measuring 39 so no need to worry!

I'm going through this too. At 33 weeks (last week) I was measuring 38 weeks. I have a growth ultrasound tomorrow. I look pretty big and baby feels pretty big too 😳

Keep in mind that these late term "measurements" are notoriously off and inaccurate. Many times a mom is told her baby is too big, is induced, and then has a normal or small sized baby! I was told my baby was small and wouldn't be bigger then 7lbs at birth. Well he was almost 8!
Don't worry, your baby is the perfect size for your body!
