Relationship problems

So there this guy and me and him was in an realtionship for 7 months . We had many problem through our relationship but we always got through them...... i guess you could say we were a power couple . He was my first everything. He was my everything before we stopped talking . We broke up right before school started . Even during school he would text me and tell me he miss me and how he needed me and all that . But we eneded up losing contact . Recently he reached out to me . We started going back together on the 31st of last month . He told me how i was the only one he wabted and how he was gone treat me right and all of the other stuff. And i actually beleived him until he left me once agian. He talks to me every now and then on snapchat and kik and tell me gow he wanna get back with me and how he miss me . He's sending me mixed signals and i talked to him about it and i dont know what to do about it anymore
