Orgasms after eating disorders

I'm 16 and I had an eating disorder for about 2/2.5 years and I've been in recovery for a year. I've been with my current boyfriend for five months and I haven't been able to orgasm for about a year and a half, even though I was 100% able to beforehand. I'm almost certain it's because of my ED but I was wondering if anyone on here has had any similar problems or any tips on how to deal with it/"cure" it?
