Best friend is pregnant

Hi ladies, I'm sure this has been brought up before but I was wondering how each of you has dealt with close friends or family members who were pregnant during or after your loss. My best friend found out she was pregnant about 10 days before me, we were 3 weeks apart. Planned everything together. Now she's charging ahead and I'm left behind. I've distanced myself a bit to numb the sting of seeing her belly, hearing her stories and I've taken her off my newsfeed on Facebook.  I feel like I've started to accept this as my new reality, with no baby, but what to do with our friendship and how in the world I will possibly deal with this hangs over me every day. I want to be there for her during her happy time but it hurts so bad. What has worked for you ladies in the past??
