Scared of another miscarriage!!

Everyone who knows im prego are so happy and want to tell the whole world, but im terrified!! Ive had three healthy pregnancys and three healthy babys, but in march i miscarried at five weeks!! I dont know exactly why but i have that fear in back of my head, like will this stick!! This will be me and my SO first child together and i dont know if i can take another miscarriage and another attempt!! Please no rude comments i just need support...
