Is it possible that I'm further along than I thought?

I have an appointment next week to confirm it. But according to my last "period " I'd be 7 weeks and 2 days and I'm super bloated.  But the 'bloat' is hard it's not like normal bloating. My last period was suoer light but it normally is.
