What does the temperature have to be when you go to sleep?

S • Not TTC just period tracking and community
I need it to be really cold. I cannot sleep in the heat, it's just uncomfortable for me. It basically has to be freezing cold. I even have a fan on, on top of the air conditioner. Even in the winter.
