Placenta encapsulation

Has anyone done placenta encapsulation? I've been super interested and really wanting to do it, but I've recently heard some women get more depressed when taking it. I don't want to spend $200 just to have a bad outcome. Anyone try it before? What were your results??

I know there are studies saying there's no proof it helps- it's just something that I'm interested in. I'm just looking for people's personal experiences doing it.
