Help please!

Hailey • Kinley Sophia was born in July 2015 and Theos Aiden born January 2017
So I'm 38 weeks pregnant and I have this swollen lump and dots on my lower tummy. Any idea on what it is? I have an appointment in the morning so I'll be asking my doctor
