Does a nipple shield work

My son is tongue tied and I still want to breastfeed and not just pump because my supply is decreasing after trying everything. Did the nipple shield help you?

Get the tongue tie clipped, if baby is latching without a shield do NOT start using one!!! They can be impossible to get rid of later.

My daughter didn't like the nipple shield at all. Give it a try though and see if it works for you and baby! We ended up getting hers clipped and it helped so much. Quick, easy procedure and she was fine after it was all done.
