Cramps all day😩

I've been having crampy and what feels like braxton hicks all day!! I've been drinking lots of water so that's not the problem and I've stopped breastfeeding my 8 months old my uterus feels so heavy!! And I'm nauseous all day most days.. This pregnancy is so different from my other 4 I can't wait for a ultrasound I just feel like it's twins!! The women that are pregnant with twins please let me know if Yall had any of these symptoms!!
